PASKOP is dedicated to improving the economic well-being of individuals and communities by creating opportunities for sustainable income generation, skills development, and self-reliance. We believe that economic empowerment is essential for reducing poverty, strengthening communities, and helping people build stable and dignified lives.

Through our economic empowerment initiatives, PASKOP supports vulnerable individuals, unemployed youth, women, and low-income families by providing practical training, entrepreneurship support, livelihood development programs, and community-based economic opportunities. Our goal is to equip people with the knowledge, confidence, and resources they need to become financially independent and improve their quality of life. We focus on promoting skill development in various sectors that can create employment opportunities and encourage small business growth within local communities.

By supporting entrepreneurship and income-generating activities, we aim to help families achieve greater financial stability and resilience against economic challenges. PASKOP also works to strengthen community participation and encourage inclusive economic growth where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and succeed. Through collaboration with local stakeholders, development partners, and community members, we continue to create programs that support sustainable livelihoods and long-term economic progress. By empowering individuals economically, PASKOP seeks to inspire confidence, independence, and hope while contributing to stronger, more resilient, and self-sufficient communities across Bangladesh.

Under this project, we provided training on several IGAs, including sewing, Handicraft (bead materials, Cane, bamboo and Jute), Livestock to over 250 beneficiaries.
