PASKOP is an indigenous-led organization committed to promoting and protecting human rights for marginalized communities in the Sylhet region of Bangladesh by raising awareness, encouraging social inclusion, and empowering vulnerable communities across the country. We believe that every individual deserves to live with dignity, equality, safety, and access to justice regardless of their gender, religion, social status, or economic condition. The organization focuses particularly on women’s and children’s rights and also provides legal aid, prepares fact-finding reports, organizes field visits and press conferences to help ensure justice for victims. In collaboration with civil society actors, journalists, students, lawyers, elected representatives and govt. representatives.

Through our human rights initiatives, PASKOP works to educate communities about their fundamental rights and responsibilities while encouraging active participation in creating a fair and inclusive society. We organize awareness campaigns, community discussions, training programs, and advocacy activities that address important social issues such as discrimination, inequality, violence, child protection, women’s rights, and social justice. Our programs aim to strengthen community understanding of human dignity, equality, and peaceful coexistence while supporting marginalized and underserved populations who often face barriers to opportunity and protection. We work collaboratively with local communities, volunteers, civil society organizations, and development partners to create environments where people feel respected, valued, and empowered.
